Windows Phone, comes the Acer Allegro

Acer is added to the list of manufacturers that have announced a smartphone with Windows Phone, presenting the model Allegro which should arrive in Europe by the end of 2011.

The specific dell’Acero Allegro are of high standard, but what makes this model special is the price. Acer Allegro, in fact, is a low cost device sold at a price of around 349 euros.

The specifications of Allegro should be the following:

•      Qualcomm MSM8255 processor with 1 GHz;
•      3.6-inch display with 480 × 800 pixels;
•      5 megapixel camera with autofocus;
•      WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 and DLNA;
•      8 GB of space available for storage.

The operating system is obviously Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango). Looking at the specs, we can deduce that the new terminal of Taiwan is the European version dell’Acero W4 announced at IFA in Berlin.
